Terms and conditions

All items with an “Add to Cart” option next to them are in stock. Once you have paid we will post the purchased item to you promptly. It is your responsibility to give correct address details, and for someone to be available to sign for delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to the incorrect shipping address specified. A re-delivery fee will apply should an item be returned to us.

Almost all items on our website are hand-made, not mass produced. Often rings can be ordered in a different size. This can take up to 4 weeks (though often much quicker). Please phone to discuss such requirements.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return any item within 14 days for a full refund of the item price, but we do not pay for the return postage. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unless you have statutory rights to reject the goods, items made to a customer’s specification or personalised goods are non returnable.

Goods must be returned in unused condition suitable for resale, within the 14 day period. We recommend that you use Special Delivery to return goods to us, which insures the goods and confirms delivery with a signature. You must inform us by email before returning any goods, and fill in the Returns form included with your delivery.

Customers posting from countries other than the European Union must label their parcel “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS”, otherwise custom charges will be due. We will not be held liable in paying these fees and will refuse to accept item(s) that require a fee to paid by ourselves.

The Bluestone Gallery makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions on its website are correct and accurate. However, mistakes may occasionally occur. In the case of an error on our part, Bluestone Gallery will be entitled to cancel the contract, even if it has already accepted the Customer’s order and received payment. Bluestone Gallery’s liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of the order. In the case of a mistakenly underpriced item, the Customer will be entitled to purchase the goods by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price, as confirmed in writing by us after the error has been discovered.

Cancelling your order before despatch

For stock items you may cancel your order at any time before despatch but you must inform us by email or in writing.
