Welcome to the Bluestone Gallery, Hay-on-Wye
Nestled in the beautiful Welsh border town of Hay-on-Wye, the Bluestone Gallery is an independent art gallery, displaying paintings, prints and a wide range of British crafts, including jewellery, ceramics, sculpture and glass. We offer a warm welcome to visitors, as well as offering a good selection of our artwork for sale via this web site.
Bluestone Gallery is a member of the Own Art scheme which provides finance options for the purchase of original works of art and craft. Own Art is operated by Creative United with the support of public funding from ArtsCouncil England, Creative Scotland, Arts Council of Wales and Arts Council ofNorthern Ireland.

OPENING HOURS
We are open Tuesday to Sunday, 10.30 to 4.30 (opening at 11 on Sundays). We are closed Mondays, but may be able to open by appointment if you email info@bluestonegallery.com. If you are making a long journey specifically to see us please phone ahead (01497 820916), or check with us by email. We are a very small team and sometimes hiccups occur!
About the gallery
Found in historic Hay on Wye, Bluestone Gallery is a new addition to the famous Book Town. We hope to contribute to the creative mix already here so that Hay gets known for its galleries as well as its bookshops.
Owned and run by Guy and Ellie Perkins, Bluestone moved from Devizes in 2021 where it enjoyed a loyal following for twenty years.
Guy and Ellie are delighted to be part of this vibrant, friendly and thriving community.
